Quest for the Darkmoon (cards)

Jadye asks - “Do you recommend any of the Darkmoon Faire cards?”

Indeed, all it takes is that first card to drop and immediately you are faced with the possibility of collecting one of these Darkmoon Faire Decks that’ll ultimately become a very nice trinket.

51 Stamina - What’s not to Love?

2 of the trinkets ([item]Darkmoon Card: Vengeance[/item], [item]Darkmoon Card: Madness[/item]) offer 51 Stamina which is massive. I’d give the slight nod towards the Vengeance card, but either one would be fantastic.

One Strike. You’re Out

That being said, I wouldn’t go out of your way to get both. Financially, it would be very costly and often you’ll be wanting to use a non-stamina trinket in your 2nd spot.

Something to consider: Epic Riding Skill allows you to get Netherwing Rep which lends itself to a solid 45 Stamina Trinket. ([item]Commander's Badge[/item])

I started collecting the furies set below 70. As a result I’ve got the vengeance card 1 week after I hit 70. It’s really good stuff, costed me a total of about 1.7K gold. I’m an engineer, using a 45 sta trinket plus tankatronic… Tons of HP!

The Vengance card is definately the one that a tank should be working towards. The proc is based upon being hit (which if you are a tank will be often) the Madness card only procs if you land a killing blow (Which is quite uncommon as a dungeon or raid tank). Also the proc for the Madness card is as often as not not somthing that a melee class can use. (it is a random proc.) The Madness card is much more suited to a dps class.

I got the commanders badge instead. I can, at most, occasionally get grps to go to instances and the only way i’m finding anything useful is to farm for them.
