		<description>Unless you are at risk of getting 2-3 shot, the fight is not about maxing tank gear.  You want to do as much aggro as possible so your DPS can unload and make the fight shorter and the whole kill to go smoother.

+hit is the top tank aggro stat.  5% is all you need for lvl 70 mobs.  Skull mobs are lvl 73 and I've read either 5.6% (.2% per level keeping with +5 defense at .04 miss rate per defense) but according to http://www.wowwiki.com/Miss a skull mob would get .2% per point since they are over 10 skill points ahead making the miss rate 8%.</description>

		<description>Definitely not required, yes, but if you're in charge of picking up Attumen, tanking Romulo or Roar/Tinhead and you get an unlucky chain of misses when they spawn and aggro... </description>
