Stam and a semi-useful side ability. Figurine is situational at best. There is a video floating around of a warrior soloing the Panther boss in ZG largely due to FotC. But for normal use....not even carried on my toon. Swap in the avoidance trinkets for fights like Prince if you need to. We get around 140-150% avoidance with Shield Block and you only need 102.4% to be immune to crushing...regardless of how fast the mob swings...especially when he's a dual wielding mob who is affected by the dual wield miss factor. I mean, I can't say I've never been crushing blowed by him before, because I have, but I've never died due to taking too much damage too quickly. I think if tank does it's because they didn't put up their shield block at all...not because they were 2% short on their 25% blocking. :P Block rating is nice and all, but there are so many other trinkets out there. Depending on the fight I sometimes switch those out for my Alchemist's Stone or my Violet Eye AR badge, but rarely do I use my Colossus. I do however use my Pocketwatch and the Colossus on one particular fight...Prince Malchezaar. With the gear I currently have I only have about 23% Block and TBH I'm afraid of unlucky chains of crushing blows during phase 2. :( It's more superstition on my part than actually having a bad experience with having less than 25% block, but nevertheless I use it cause I'm scared. >_<I> As you can see on my armory page, I usually use my Auto-Blocker and my Lucky Pocketwatch.
