		<description>Expertise contributes in the same way as +hit, except since you're always facing a creature you gain reduced dodge &#38; parry from your enemy. This increase is essentially valued as twice that of +hit (removing two avoidance is better than just one).

That's simplified somewhat, but I think clear.</description>

		<description>&lt;p&gt;Well what I'd like people to take away from this is that here's another perspective on generating threat. We all know how effective just throwin' on DPS gear and wailing on things in Defensive stance is and now this is some numbers to back up why that is the case.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That being said... if you aren't alive, you can't generate threat ;)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Agility and Block Value are still very important because they double as both threat and mitigation/avoidance stats.&lt;/p&gt;
