If you charge a critter but don't kill them you are stuck in combat. Then all you need to do is just keep popping enrage, and BAM easy rage.

This tip is more of a sillly strategy than anything, since most mobs will top your rage off really fast (and if not, /sit =) )

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but in killing them, you should charge the little buggers!

Another great related tip is when you are guarding the flag at stables or farm in AB there will be a constant respawn on the local critters. Keep killing them and you'll be ready to take on anyone with a full rage bar when the time comes.

I always kill them to get my commanding shout up before combat.

It helps.

I also use them when running back after a wipe (not due to tanking issues, of course) to try to beat mages back. I charge kritters and intervene to the blinky-pants mage, then charge another kritter, etc.

My #1 beef with TK instances is the lack of kritters.

They're conveniently placed at many strategic locations in instances. I noticed them first in BM where there were two at every portal, and they would respawn.
