My PC blew up this weekend, so while I was rebuilding my UI, I tried a few different wardrobe mods. Back to itemrack, and much happier for it. It's just so much more robust than the others.

I know itemrack also allows key mapping for sets as well, it even has events you can setup for gear swaps when certain criteria are met, such as mounting

I think you can also get it setup events for swapping to slower weap for a quick overpower, high spirit weaps for evocates, etc

as a warrior, I use Shift + mouse wheel up/down for weap swaps, very helpful for whipping out the shield if MT drops, pvp shield reflects, etc.

An outfitter like feature will be added in 2.4 ingame UI. You can have outfitter slots that hold different outfits, freeing up bagspace.

That basically mean we (well all people who have diferent sets) will have a huge storage upgrade.
I personally have 4x20slot bags, all almost completely full of warrior gear:
- 1 dps set (16 items)
- 1 threat set (6 items)
- 1 avoidance set (8 items)
- 1 NR set (6 items)
- 1 FR set (8 items)
- 1 AR set (4 items)

and an incoming SR set... Will be having 48 free space in bags O.o

WELCOME 2.4!!! :)

source, a green post on Blizzard forums:

Aye, I used to use Wardrobe2 on my priest to swap between pvp/but when I started playing my warrior and needed gear swapping in the middle of combat (well, specifically weapons), I tried Outfitter, and became quite happy with it after I figured out how it works. :P

I use
- Wardrobe2 for the main gear sets
- Wardrobe for switching weapons only

I haven't really played around with it much .. but Wardrobe2 used to queue up gear changes when in battle, whilst Wardrobe didn't care and switched the weapons regardless

(oh and I use Wardrobe for a fishing set .. haha)

Thanks for this site .. always a great read

I use outfitter, and i don't really see any comlications to it... one of the things i like the most is the auto changing... if i mount it equips all riding-enhancing gear, if i'm on a bg it will auto switch to my pvp gear, etc.

Plus, it works with titan panel :D

I have also used ClosetGnome for a while now and love it. Very lightweight and does the job. Nothing like being able to swap to tank gear and back to dps gear with the press of a key.

I've used ClosetGnome, ItemRack and Outfitter and I prefer Wardrobe2 by far. Not only is it an ace mod like ClosetGnome but it is more simple than all the afore mentioned mods. I try to make my interface only out of mods that are lightweight and do exactly what they are meant to do, no more and no less. This mod fits the bill.
