This may not be the best post for this, but how did u find the "item numbers" ie, 22795, etc. ? I really want to learn to write effective macros but so far have been pretty unlucky...

Any suggestions?

Dezdemone, try this:

#showtooltip item:22829
/use item:22105
/use item:22104
/use item:22103
/use item:32578
/use [modifier:alt] item:22829

It will it will use 22105, 22104, 22103, or 32578 (in that order, whatever is in your inventory), but if you use the same macro button while holding down the ALT key, is will use a [item]Super Healing Potion[/item] instead.

Replace "22829" with "23822" to make this work with a [item]Healing Potion Injector[/item] instead of a [item]Super Healing Potion[/item].

--OR--

You could add this line to the end to utilize another modifier key and use a [item]Nightmare Seed[/item] on the first macro click/use, and then pop last Last Stand on the second click/use (while still holding the same modifier key:

/castsequence [modifier:ctrl] item:22797, Last Stand;

And, with that in mind, add another entry for a Felblossom (item:22795, for you Herbalists out there), which makes...

#showtooltip item:22105, item:22104, item:22103; [mod:alt] item:22829; [mod:ctrl] item:22797;
/use item:22105
/use item:22104
/use item:22103
/use item:32578
/use item:22795
/use [modifier:alt] item:22829
/use [modifier:ctrl] item:22797
/castsequence [modifier:ctrl] item:22797, Last Stand;

...a pretty sick macro.

Just remove the "/use item:22795" line if you arent an Herbalist.

Hope this helps... :)

I LOVE THIS! I have 2 extra spaces on my action bars. I found that I'm actually using the Charged Crystal Focus now, for some reason I didn't have them on my action bar. I was sitting on several in my bags but I'm finding that they're getting used. must...farm....more!

Well I changed the macro to read:

#showtooltip item:22829
/use item:22105
/use item:22104
/use item:22103
/use item:32578
/use item:22829

Since I rarely have charged crystal focus' laying around, the only problem is since the HS and Heal pots have different CD I am pretty sure this macro burns both a HS and a pot. =( Anyone have any ideas on how to tweek it so it only uses a pot if you're out of HS?

@Offtank:
That's an interesting variation, but when I tested it out it seemed to only show the 2496 healthstones for me and not show the next one in line.

@Tossefar:
Ya, you'd just have to throw /use item:22829 on the end of the original macro.

I've tweaked it abit and came up with this,

#showtooltip item:22105,22104,22103;
/use item:22105
/use item:22104
/use item:22103

What it does it that it shows all 3 healthstones you have but it starts with the one which heals the most. And after you've used them, it shows next one.

@ Tossefar,
I think (not that good at macroing) that you just need to add this line:
/use item:22829

Nightmare Seeds have a different purpose in a fight than healthstones so it's best to have them on their own spot. One could perhaps justify making a macro for Last Stand or Nightmare Seed if LS is on cooldown.

Nightmare Seeds can only be herbed from Nightmare vines. If you aren't a herbalist, then your best chance to get the Seeds is to look them up on Auction House. They can vary in price, since server's economoy varies, but i found the best price to be 4g/Seed. (On realm Boulderfist)

Gonna leave a question that many will probably know, but I can't find an answer to. Where are Nightmare Seeds found? I've ready various places and mobs in Shadowmoon Valley, and I remember when a Nightmare Vine used to have them occassionally. But it's been a long time since I've seen one.
